Te Whare Hukahuka was named as one of the Ministry for Primary Industries ‘Primary Industry Champions’ to help grow our future Māori enterprises in the primary industries.

This is part of the vision for New Zealand to be the world’s most sustainable provider of high-value food and primary products.

Achieving this vision will require innovation, story-telling, technology, biosecurity, greater environmental sustainability, and a shift from volume to value.
