In July 2022 we held an induction session for new REAP board members. This session explored REAP Aotearoa and what it does, as well as the relationship it has with the 13 REAP organisations around the country. It also unpacked the responsibilities that all REAPs have to the overall REAP movement.

From our research and experience with more than 150 governance boards, these six areas of governance reflect where common issues tend to be faced in undertaking governance of community organisations.
